Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship orders throughout New Zealand using reputable courier services.
Estimated delivery times:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Tracking allows you to follow your parcel while it is in transit.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout.
Cartco is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Delivery is considered complete once the courier confirms successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.
Safe Delivery Locations
If the courier determines that the delivery location is safe, parcels may be left at the address without a signature.
If you believe your address may not be secure, we recommend delivering to a workplace, parcel locker, or another secure location.
Cartco is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- courier network delays
- weather events
- peak shipping periods
- public holidays
Cartco is not responsible for courier delays once a parcel has been dispatched.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with an investigation.
Courier investigations may take several business days to complete.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
